Freedom

Hello world., ever went hiking?  How was the journey up? For some ( like me) it can be a tedious and daunting task, for some( a good friend of mine) it can be a pleasant and delightful task, but no matter the condition of the climb,the feeling we experience once we reach the top is the same...Exhilaration and envigoration!! 
 
Freedom, freedom!! No wonder we stretch our hands in the air,to breath in the fresh air and the feeling of release...
Growing up I knew I wanted to be an artist of some sort, a writer or a painter...yet for many years it felt like a far fetched dream, a hike on a mountain where the top was unreachable, how exhausting,how draining...
Thanks to blogger I can finally attain my freedom...I can finally reach my mountain top and be able to liberate my passion of writing. ..
 
So World ,I invite you on this journey of mine...where I attempt my passions ( I have several )...I invite you to climb this mountain top with me and discover the world,  this world full of colour and beauty, I invite you to come along and reach our goal together. ..freedom!!!
Through my writing I hope to inspire and be inspired by you, I hope to teach and be taught by you...but most of all I want you to take in the full colours of the world and enjoy it to the full.
Really I consider art a form of giving...of baring one's soul to another,..and there is so much joy,so much peace into it...to the giver and the given.
I hope you come back for more..
I will be waiting at the foot of the mountain.

EASY, CREAMY ORANGE SCONES

Do you find citrus fragrance satisfying?  Do you enjoy a good lemon cake, orange cookies, or orange scones? I know my answer is " yes please" to these questions.. That's why these orange scones are my go to whenever I crave the sweet,spicy smell of citrus.. Impress your friends ,family or mother in law with this easy to make, no fuss , creamy Orange cupcakes.. Let's get into it, shall we? Ingredients  3  cups of flour ( works well with all purpose or cake flour) Zest of 1 Orange  7 tablespoons of brown sugar  1 cup sour cream  2 large eggs 1 tablespoon of baking powder 200g of margerine  1/4 tablespoon of salt 2 tablespoons of Vanilla essense  Half a tea spoon of orange/ lemon essense  ( optional ) Half a teaspoon of Orange food colouring ( optional) Instructions   1.Preheat the oven to 195 degrees  2.Mix all the dry ingredients together,and add cubed margarine and zest into the dry ingredients and rub with your hands until it is all fluffy and buttery. 3.In a separat
